Minister For Public Works and Human Settlements in Indonesia has awarded the second non-toll road PPP - Riau Jalintim project - to PT Adhi Karya. The project received various supports from the Ministry of Finance, namely the Project Development Facility (PDF) assigned to PT PII and infrastructure guarantee from PT PII.

The main scope of this PPP Project is to carry out the preservation of the 43 km long Riau Cross East National Road. The concession period for the project is 15 years, including 3 years for construction.
