It is anticipated that a final request for proposals on financing, developing, constructing, operating and maintaining the East End Crossing will be issued to the short list of teams in late July. Final responses to the request for proposals are scheduled to be due to the Indiana Finance Authority in late October. Commercial close is expected by the end of 2012
