The Costa Rican Institute of Pacific Ports (INCOP) has launched the bidding process to contract an advisor for the new concession of the Port of Caldera in Puntarenas province.
The selected company will be in charge of preparing all the preliminary legal, technical, financial and governance studies, the terms of reference, the indicators and the billing conditions for the international tender. The winner of the tender will finance, expand, modernize and operate the new port of Caldera.
