Iloilo City plans mass transport project for PPP

The City of Ilo-Ilo in the Philippines is set to set up a mass transport system under the public-private partnership (PPP) scheme. 

The mass transport system is one of the big-ticket projects listed by the city government that will be implemented with the assistance of the Philippine's PPP Center. 

Iloilo City is a major economic hub in the Western Visayas of the Philippines.
