Illinois State University has launched a Request for Proposals (RFPs) for qualified firms to pursue a public-private partnership arrangement for the development of a comprehensive, multi-phased campus student housing program.
The University, located in Normal, Illinois, in the Midwestern region of the USA, is seeking to augment its current on-campus housing offerings to meet the needs of single, undergraduate, freshman, sophomore, junior and senior students in a housing type not currently available on the campus.

The preferred design is one contiguous building containing pod-style residential spaces that are designed to accommodate at least 800 students at the same site.
The submission deadline for the tender is on 29 January 2019. For more information, see the Business Opportunity.
