IHH Healthcare Bhd has expressed its interest to acquire the Prince Court Medical Centre from a unit of the Malaysian sovereign wealth fund Khazanah Nasional Bhd, Pantai Holdings, for a total consideration of MYR1.02 billion (US$244 million).
The Prince Court Medical Centre is a healthcare facility located in the Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Khazanah currently owns 26% stake in IHH.
The deal is expected to close in 2020.
