The International Finance Corporation (IFC), a unit of World Bank, has been appointed as the transaction adviser for the medical training and outpatient centre project in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
The daycare hospital in Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine can provide a training center, a general clinic, and a daycare facility, serving around 300,000 patients a year.
IFC will serve as transaction advisor for the implementation of the project under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) scheme. IFC will conduct a detailed assessment and compile a report on different options for the project of the Pham Ngoc Thach University in the next six months. Tender for the project is expected to be carried out by the end of 2019 with results planned to be announced in mid-2020.
