The International Finance Organization (IFC) has launched a Request for Expressions of Interest (RFEOI) for interested firms to deliver legal advisory services for a potential concession of King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
IFC is looking to appoint a legal consultants to (i) perform due diligence to assess the best options available to structure the project, (ii) help market the project to investors, (iii) prepare prequalification and tender documents and (iv) assist in the evaluation of offers as well as in the negotiations with the winning bidder.
The deadline to submit EOIs is 7 January 2019. A certain number of firms will be shortlisted to receive the Request for Proposals (RFP), which will further detail the scope of work.
