IFC launches tender for legal and technical advisory for housing project in Viti Levu

The International Finance Corporation, a unit of World Bank, has launched tenders for legal and technical advisory services for the housing project in Fiji. 

The project involves the development of a mixed-income housing consists of both single unit dwellings and under strata scheme across a number of sites in Viti Levu, the main island of Fiji. 

IFC is looking to engage the services of an experienced legal firm to undertake legal due diligence, drafting of the transaction documents, support in the project preparation and structuring, and in conducting an international competitive tender process.

It is also looking for experienced technical and engineering firm to carry out the following key tasks: (i) housing demand and affordability, (ii) development of technical specifications, (iii) project costing and (iv) technical support during the PPP design and bidding process. 

The deadline for the submission of documents for the two tenders is on April 22, 2019.
