Hull Street Energy, the Washington D.C. area-based energy transition investment firm has announced that its second institutional fund, Hull Street Energy Partners II, L.P has reached a final close. The fund was oversubscribed and closed at its hard cap of US$1.125 billion.
The fund mainly focuses on the North American power sector such as hydroelectric assets, thermal power plants, and solar projects.
Eaton Partners served as the global placement agent for the Fund and DLA Piper served as fund counsel.
