HSS Engineers Sdn Bhd has secured a MYR15 million (US$ 3.1 million) contract with the Ministry of Public Works and Transport of Cambodia for the Phnom Penh-Bavet Expressway Project.
The scope of the project involves providing technical support and consultancy services for the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of the 135.1 km expressway. Upon completion, the expressway will be Cambodia’s second, connecting Phnom Penh to the Cambodia-Vietnam border in Bavet, Svay Rieng Province. The four-year contract, starting in June 2024, is expected to positively impact the group’s financial performance until 2028.
