The Strategic Contracts Unit (Project Preparation Facility – PPF) of HRADF, a member company of the Superfund, announces the signing of the contract for the project of restoring the operational depths of the Port of Volos after the bad weather “Daniel” and “Elias”.
The project, with a contractual value of EUR 9.5 million (US$ 9.8 million), includes the study and implementation of the restoration of the operational depths (dredging) of the port basin of the Port of Volos, with the removal of alluvium that has accumulated after the extreme weather events “ Daniel ” and “ Elias ” in September 2023. The project is financed by the Sectoral Development Program of the Ministry of Shipping and Insular Policy.
