HRADF receives one binding offer for the Marina of Chios

HRADF has received a binding offer from the investment scheme “Album Enterprises Limited – Ioannis & Elias D. Tefas Nafpigoplastiki – Cleopatra Marina – Touristikos Limenas Prevezas SA” for the Chios Marina concession. The evaluation process will begin immediately.

The PPP project was prevoiulsy tenderded including the use, operation, management and exploitation the marina of Chios and part of Port of Chios and the marina of Pylos and part of port of Pylos.

One marina is located in Chios, which is the fifth largest of the Greek islands, situated in the Aegean Sea, 7 kilometres off the Anatolian coast. The island is separated from Turkey by the Chios Strait. The other marina is located in Pylos, wich is a town and a former municipality in Messenia, Peloponnese.
