Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF) has opened the three financial offers that had been submitted for the acquisition of 67% of the share capital of the Igoumenitsa Port Authority in Greece.
Financial proposals were submitted by the following bidders:
Doxiadis Associates acts as technical advisors to HRADF, Your Legal Partners, Drakopoulos & Vasalakis Law Firm and Alexiou Kosmopoulos Law Firm as legal advisors and Deloitte Business Solutions S.A. and Euroconsultants S.A. as financial advisors.
