The Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF) has launched the tender for the operation and maintenance (O&M) of the Argostoli Marina project in Kefalonia, Greece.
The two-stage tender concerns a 35-year concession for port operation services and the right to use, operate, manage and operate assets in the land and sea area of the Argostoli Marina. The concession can be extended by 10 years. The deadline for submitting applications for the tender is November 16, 2022.
For the development of the port, HRADF chose KANTOR BUSINESS CONSULTANTS HELLAS S.A. as a financial adviser, LEXPARTNERS Sfikakis & Associates Law Firm as a legal adviser, and TRITON Consulting Engineers S.A and ADK - ARONIS - DRETTAS - KARLAFTIS Consulting Engineers S.A. as technical advisers. The Marina is located about 11 km from the international airport of Kefalonia "Anna Pollatos" in the bay of Argostoli, on the southwest coast of the island and has a capacity of 174 berths and 110 boats.
