HRADF declared highest bidder for Nea Iraklia property development project

Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF) has announced that it declared Mr. Leonidas Kentepozidis as the Highest Bidder for the development of a property in Nea Iraklia at the Municipality of Nea Propontida in the Prefecture of Khalkidhiki, Greece.

The property spans approximately 27 ac and rests along the coastline, boasting a shoreline measuring around 530 m and an average width of approximately 55 m. Positioned on the renowned "Golden Beach," it lies 1.9 km to the west of the Nea Kallikratia settlement in the Khalkidhiki Prefecture. The cost of the project is EUR1.42 million (US$1.56 million). 

The tender documents will undergo a pre-contractual audit by the Court of Auditors, and the purchase and sale agreement will be signed subsequent to receiving approval from the Court.
