The Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF) has announced the Preferred Investor for the acquisition of a majority shareholding of 67% in the share capital of Igoumenitsa Port Authority S.A. (I.P.A. S.A.) in Greece.
HRADF completed the process of improving the financial proposals for the acquisition of a controlling stake in the amount of 67% in the authorized capital of the I.P.A. S.A. by announcing the consortium GRIMALDI EUROMED S.p.A. (Grimaldi Group), MINOAN LINES S.A., INVESTMENT CONSTRUCTION COMMERCIAL and INDUSTRIAL S.A. as Preferred Investor to purchase shares for the total amount of EUR84.2 million (US$82.3 million).
The parties will sign the documents after approval by the Court of Audit after the tender documents are submitted.
