Honolulu transit project to continue procurement on PPP

Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transit (HART) in the USA has survived the public-private partnership (PPP) procurement canceling resolution voting. The project has been delayed several times and was not successful to award the PPP concession on August 27, 2020, as planned.
