Homes England launches bidding for Affordable Homes Programme 2021-26

Homes England in the UK has issued a bidding invitation seeking strategic partners to deliver affordable housing at scale. The funding is for the supply of new-build housing units, such as social and affordable rent homes, homes with different shared ownership routes and homes for rent to buy scheme. 

Strategic partnerships are one of two routes to access grant funding from Homes England through the Government’s Affordable Homes Programme (2021-2026). Selected partners enter into a multi-year grant agreement with Homes England to deliver affordable housing. This time the opportunity is available for both not-for-profit and for-profit providers and developers, and local authorities.

Interested parties can submit the proposal until May 18, 2021.
