HOCHTIEF Solutions has appointed Ms. Essimari Kairisto as new member of the Executive Board and CFO of HOCHTIEF Solutions. Ms. Kairisto is 47-year-old and has a degree in business administration. She will start office on July 4, 2013.

Hochtief's Executive Board member Peter Sassenfeld who had taken over the function on the Executive Board of HOCHTIEF Solutions on an interim basis will leave the Executive Board of HOCHTIEF Solutions AG as of the same date.

Ms. Kairisto has held international management positions since 1993, most recently as General Manager Finance/CFO of Hamburg-based Sasol O&S Group International, a subsidiary of the international energy and chemicals group Sasol Ltd. (South Africa). Before that, she worked for the RWE Group as Managing Director/CFO of subsidiary Lahmeyer International (Germany) and for Schlumberger Group (USA, Norway, Germany) and Treuhandanstalt.

From August 2011 to January 2013, she was a member of the Supervisory Board of HOCHTIEF Solutions AG.
