Drogheda Port and Ronan Group Real Estate have started the hiring process of financial advisers and corporate partners for the Bremore Ireland deep water port project.
Drogheda and Ronan Group are initial sponsors or developers of the deep seaport, located north of Dublin near Balbriggan. The port is easily accessible by the M50 motorway and Dublin-Belfast railway line and will provide a vital connection to the North sea and Atlantic ocean. It will handle cargo and passenger ferry traffic as well as provide green hydrogen production, storage, and distribution services.
The financial advisers will provide corporate finance structures for the project parties and propose the role of special purpose vehicles. The advisers will also cooperate with potential domestic, international investors and commercial banks as well as make applications to public funding agencies for grant aid.
