Highest Bidder declared for development of property Sani – Kassandra in Greece

The Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF) has declared “Sani Development and Tourism Company S.A.” as the Highest Bidder for the development of the property “Sani – Kassandra for a fee amounting to EUR 8.6 million (USD 9.3 million) in Greece.

The parcel of land encompasses a total area of 276,492.70 square meters (m2), with an additional independent section spanning 915,099.72 m2. Situated in "Metochi Stavronikita," it lies beyond the confines of the Municipal Unit of Sani within the Municipality of Kassandra, Khalkidhiki. This locale is designated as part of the "Farm of Rural Penitentiary of Kassandra."

The bidding process for the property's development is conducted in a singular phase, and the payment will be settled in a one-time installment.
