HICL Infrastructure PLC, managed by InfraRed Capital Partners has signed a contract for the acquisition of 40% stakes in Aotearoa Towers Limited (TowerCo) from Vodafone New Zealand.
Alongside HICL, Northleaf Capital Partners (Northleaf) is making an investment in TowerCo through a different channel, for a combined investment of 40%.
InfraRed and Northleaf were advised by Royal Bank of Canada (RBC), Allens, Chapman Tripp, PwC, Altman Solon, Alvarez & Marsal, RPS, Colliers, and Gallaghers.
