HICL indirectly acquires 33% stake in Road Management Group

HICL Infrastructure has announced that it has indirectly acquired a 33% stake in Road Management Group from Abertis Infraestructuras SA. The transaction is valued at GBP34.40 million (US$46.65 million) and will be financed through HICL's revolving credit facility.

The Road Management Group comprises two UK shadow toll roads, the A417/A419 Swindon-Gloucester and the A1(M) Alconbury-Peterborough. A subsidiary of Vinci SA is responsible for the operation and maintenance of both toll road projects.
