HICL agrees to sell stakes in UK PPP projects

HICL Infrastructure has agreed to sell its debt interests in two public-private partnerships (PPPs) projects.

The projects involve are the Health & Safety Laboratory in Buxton and the South West Acute Hospital in Enniskillen.

The deal represents a total investment of GBP52 million (US$66.66 million).
