HICL has acquired a 50% stake it did not yet own in M17/M18 motorway section (Gort to Tuam) in Ireland becoming the sole owner of this PPP road project.
The N17/N18 road project is a 57 km stretch of motorway standard dual carriageway, forms an important part of the Atlantic road corridor. The concession period for the project is 28 years.
HICL is acquiring the road stake from Marguerite I Fund. The transaction is expected to close by the end of September.
