Herriman city seeks consultants for the community center

Herriman City has launched a Request for Proposals (RFP) to qualified professional consultants or consultant teams for the community center PPP project. The selected consultant will provide engineering services to conduct a venue feasibility study and market survey for performing and visual arts/community center venue. 

The scope of works includes the following:

  • Provide a feasibility study; 
  • Provide an economic market analysis that summarizes key demand generator trends and overall growth prospects for the market;
  • Provide a site analysis and preliminary development cost estimate.
