Hayat Brown LLC has acquired the public-private partnership (P3)-infrastructure-real estate advisory practice of Alvarez & Marsal (A&M).
A&M PPP helps government agencies and higher education institutions analyze and execute creative finance and delivery solutions for major capital projects with private sector partners. The practice has worked on numerous high-profile engagements, including higher education construction projects worth billions of dollars, and the privatization of more than 200,000 military family housing units.
Hayat Brown’s acquisition of A&M P3 will create a new P3 advisory division to complement the firm’s engineering services division.
