The State of Hawaii, Department of Transportation (HDOT), Highways Division has launched a tender seeking qualified consultants to provide services for the Statewide Long-Range Land Transportation Plan and Regional Plans for the Islands of Kauai, Molokai, Lanai, and Hawaii.

The consultants will establish a process or methodology that will meet the current state legislation and follows transportation plans as well as implement a stakeholder and public involvement plan and process. This will create a decision-making structure for the transportation plans and Incorporates intergovernmental, non-government stakeholder, and public participation.
