Harrison Street Acquired Student Housing Building at University of Arkansas

Harrison Street has announced the acquisition of The Vue, a 180-unit, 656-bed student housing building at the University of Arkansas.

The Vue, located south of the University, offers spacious two-bedroom flats, four-bedroom flats, and townhomes with full-bed bath parity. All units are furnished and feature amenities like a pool, study rooms, a pet park, a fitness center, and more. The property is fully occupied, catering to the growing student population of The University of Arkansas, which experienced significant enrollment increases in 2022. 

Harrison Street is a prominent player in the global student housing market, managing over US$21 billion in investments across 400 properties, and providing more than 218,000 beds in leading universities across North America and Europe.
