Grupo ACS has disclosed that the consortium secured private financing of over CAD839 million (US$650 million) through long- and medium-term bonds and a short-term construction loan. The consortium members will inject equity at the end of the construction period. They are also providing contingent equity, which will be backed by letters of credit until construction is completed
