The Government of Greece is set to launch a tender for the development of a school project on the island of Rhodes in April.

In November 2018, Greece has approved the project along with a separate planned school facility in the Municipality of Chania in Crete. Both projects will be implemented under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) investment scheme.
