The Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF) in Greece has launched a tender notice seeking advisory services to prepare a project pipeline for its Project Preparation Facility (PPF) unit. PPF is responsible for the preparation and implementation of priority investment projects in sectors of energy, environment, urban, transport, or digital sectors.

In order to support the quick mobilization and cost-effective delivery of PPF’s services, the authority aims to establish a Framework Agreement mechanism for the provision of legal, economic/financial, technical, and auditing services. The consultants will provide services for the preparation and implementation of priority infrastructure projects in the areas of PPP Projects, concessions and public works contracts, state aid-related matters, as well as auditing in accordance with RRF requirements.
