The Government of Greece has launched the tender for the development, design, financing, construction, operation, facility management and exploitation of the Tourist Port (Marina) in Nafplio, Peloponnese, under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) scheme.
The works and installations of the marina include all kinds of harbor works and dredges, the necessary infiltrations of marine (coastal and terrestrial) marine space, the formation of the terrestrial zone, as well as all kind of buildings and landscapes for supporting activities the tourist port.
The concession period of the project is 40 years that includes studies, licensing, and construction of up to three years.
The deadline for the submission of documents for the tender is on September 17, 2019.
