Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF) in Greece has launched an Expression of Interest (EOI) to participate in an international tendering process to acquire 30% stake in Athens International Airport (AIA). The tender process will be done in two phases, the pre-qualification process in phase A and bidding offers submission and award in phase B.
The Airport Development Agreement provides for restrictions on the transfer AIA shares above a certain percentage and the details of the tender are described in the Call for Expressions of Interest, which has been posted to the website of the TAIPED.
Deadline to submit the responses to the EOI is September 30, 2019.
