Government of Norway launches New Cinema and Library PPP projects

The Government of Norway through the Municipality of Harstad has launched a tender for the development of a new cinema and library in the area. 

The project will be developed through the Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) scheme. The private partners will finance, build, operate and maintain the projects. 

The concession will have a 25-year contract. 

Interested parties have to submit their proposals on or before January 28, 2019.
