The German government has launched a tender for interested private partners to develop a university building project in Schleswig-Holstein under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) scheme.

The project involves the design, build, financing, and maintenance of the multi-purpose building in Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel (University of Kiel) in Schleswig-Holstein. The facility will serve as a seminar, laboratory and office building for the new faculty of Agricultural and Nutritional Sciences (AEF).

The EUR41.9 million (US$46.97 million) project will be implemented through a 25-year concession agreement with private partners.

Deadline for the submission of the documents is on May 14, 2019.
