The German state of Hessen, through Hessisches Immobilienmanagement, launched on June 12th, 2013 a tender for the construction of a police station through the Public private partnership model.
According to the notice published on the European Union website:
- Time limit for receipt of requests for documents or for accessing documents: 9/8/2013 - 23:59
- Time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate 6/9/2013 - 12:00
The private partner will be responsible for design, construction, financing (minimum equity ratio of 10% is required), maintenance and operation of a police building including a police car station and a Regional Transport Service.The duration of the contract will be 30 years.Hessen, one of the 16 German Länder (Federal States), is at the heart of Germany.
