The city of Seelze in Lower Saxony, Germany has awarded two tender seeking property planning services for all-day primary schools in ST Harenberg and ST Seelze-Süd. The scope of works involves planning services for interiors, outdoor facilities as well as services in the form of site management for comprehensive coordination of all those involved and for quality assurance in all service phases for the construction.
Lot 1 in Harenberg includes the construction of a 4-class all-day primary school with a sports hall and multi-purpose room as well as a daycare center with four groups in Harenberg. Planning services award for lot 1 was given to JV of Sasse GmbH, Architektengruppe Rosengart + Partner BDA. The investment value for this contract is EUR 1.34 million (US$ 1.58 million).
Lot 2 in Seelze-Süd includes the construction of 4-class all-day primary school with sports hall and multi-purpose room. Planning services award for lot 2 was given to JV of PPP Architects + Urban Planner GmbH. The investment value for this contract is EUR 1.18 million (US$ 1.39 million).
