The District of Cuxhaven, located in north-west Germany, has launched tender for the construction of a new extension of the Gymnasium in Langen with a usable area of about 3 000 m2 and the conversion of 1,250 m2 in the existing building of the high school in the context of a public-private partnership.
The contractor will design, build, and finance the development of the facility as well as the technical installation, on the basis of a functional construction activity description with the space program. Financing services include final construction financing and unimpeachable final financing over 20 years from the acceptance of the construction work.
The contract will end after 262 months or almost 22 years.
