The tender office of the City of Hanover, located in the north of Germany, has published a prior information notice (PIN) for the upcoming tender of the construction of three day care centres through a PPP model.

The City is seeking private partners to construct day care centres in the Davenstedt, Badenstedt and Kleefeld districts of the city. Each centre is to have capacity for 100 children and five classes or groups.

Preliminary economic feasibility studies of each centre have already been completed. The authority plans to publish a contract notice for the tender on 28 September 2018. The three centres will be tendered separately.
