The City of Hanover, located in northern Germany, is seeking a private partner to deliver a leisure complex containing indoor and outdoor swimming pools and a sauna. The complex will have a gross floor area of 4,855m2.
The complex will replace the existing Misburger Bad swimming pool in the north-east of Hanover. The indoor swimming pool will be demolished and reconstructed, and the outdoor pool will be renovated.
The City is expecting comprehensive bids for planning, construction and financing services as well as for the maintenance of the facilities for 20 years. The private partner is expected to provide construction bridge financing and non-negotiable financing of the total investment cost over the 20-year contract period.
In order to participate in the tender for the project, parties must express interest. The deadline to do so is 18 April 2019. For more information, see the Business Opportunity.
