German city relaunches tender for swimming pool PPP

The City of Duisburg and DuisburgSport have relaunched a tender for the development of new swimming pool facilities in the south of the city, located in western Germany.

The selected investor will deliver facilities for schools and sports clubs, as well as regular citizens, including a teaching swimming pool. They will also operate and maintain all of the facilities delivered for the duration of the 30-year public-private partnership (PPP) contract.

The updated deadline of the tender is 29 March 2019.
