The Municipality of Genoa in Italy has launched a tender for interested private investors to develop a mechanical-biological treatment plant for urban residual waste with CSS production in Scarpino site.
The selected developer will build and maintain the project under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) scheme. The project would require a total investment of EUR 342 million (US$378 million).
The deadline for the tender is on November 13, 2019.
