The Gdańsk City Council has launched the tender process for the development of the area of the former tram station in Lower Town in Gdansk.
Gdansk is located on the Baltic coast, the capital of the Pomeranian Voivodeship, Poland's principal seaport and the centre of the country's fourth-largest metropolitan area.
Services may include, but are not limited to, the following:
The estimated total ranges between PLN200 million and PLN300 million (US$53 million - US$73 million).
The deadline for submitting proposals is September 30th and the applications must be in Polish.
