Downer announced that it has completed the sale of its Australian Transport Projects business to DT Infrastructure Pty Ltd, Gamuda.
In its expansion in Australia, Gamuda has successfully acquired Downer's Australian Transport Projects (DTP) division. The newly acquired business, now known as DT Infrastructure Pty Ltd (DTI), will operate as a standalone entity within the Gamuda group of companies, alongside Gamuda Engineering (GEA) in the Australian market.
