The New Aloha Stadium Entertainment District (NASED) in Hawaii, USA is seeking US$ 10 million in funding to complete the procurement process and to avoid delays for the redevelopment of the Aloha stadium. The state Department of Accounting and General Services of Hawaii has already authorized NASED's request and will forward it to the governor.
The authority has already spent US$ 10 million on a consulting firm to provide conceptual design, engineering, environmental, legal and other works. Additional US$ 10 million funding will enable NASED to complete environmental study, issuing a request for proposals and award the concession to a private firm.
