Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria (FRCN) has acquired a Full Business Case (FBC) certification from Infrastructure Concession Regulatory Commission (ICRC) in Nigeria for Mixed Use Land Value Capture PPP project in Ikeja. The project involves the development of 10 hectares of land in Ikeja. Ikeja is capital of the south-eastern state of Nigeria, Lagos. The project will transform the site into a mixed-use world-class facility that will include housing, world-class multimedia studios, an upgraded broadcast academy etc.
Now the FRCN will proceed to seek FEC approval for their proposed PPP with Fish Valley Investments and Properties Ltd.
