France launches tender for broadband concession in Nantes

Loire-Atlantique County Council has launched tender to design, finance, establish and operate the ultra high-speed electronic communications network (optical fiber) of Loire-Atlantique Développement in Nantes, France. 

The project will also include the technical and commercial exploitation of the Network elements.

The deadline for the submission of documents is on September 6, 2019.
