Four teams have made it to the shortlist: Georgia Transportation Partners, Flour-Lane LLC, CW Matthews Contracting Co. Inc, and the Michael Baker Corp, Northwest Express Road Builders. The final bids will be due next June. The DOT expects to choose a winner the following month
